- To ensure client confidentiality and privacy, please arrive on time and no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment.
- A patch test for various services must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
- Please do not bring children to your appointment, as the clinic is not a safe environment for children.
- The minimum age for treatment is 18 years.
- If you need a chaperone, please inform us prior to your treatment.
- You may pay for your treatment by cash, debit or credit card or via the online booking system.
- 48 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% charge of your treatment cost.
- Please note that cancelled appointments will only be recognised with confirmation via email at lauraqueenmua@gmail.com (Please do not send cancellation messages via social media sites including Facebook or Instagram as they are not always monitored daily).
- To avoid unfair delays to other clients, if you are going to be delayed by 15 minutes or more to your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are likely to be delayed.
